How do I dispose of my (defective) e-bike battery?

You can return your old or defective e-bike battery to your Ca Go Service Partner or other bicycle dealer free of charge and in an environmentally friendly manner. They will then dispose of it properly as part of the ‘Gemeinsames Rücknahmesystem Batterien’ (GRS – Joint Battery Return System). The valuable raw materials are then recycled and reused.

Please note, an e-bike battery does not belong in household waste or in the normal battery collection container.
